Shipping terms
To be read carefully.
• Shipping prices include the cost of Packaging and Logistics .
• Orders will be shipped via express courier or registered post to the Italian .
• If the recipient is not at home, a notice will be left and you will need to contact the shipper to arrange a redelivery.
• Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Saturday , and for services that provide tracking , you will be provided if you require it .
• If you decide not to avail of the insurance , the order will travel to Vs.rischio and danger.
• In the case of shipping with Priority Mail (where applicable) , not accettamo any claim for damage or non-delivery ( as the system is not monitored it tracked) .
• It is always a good habit to check the integrity of the package before accepting the same . If you accept a package tampered with without the clause ' conditional acceptance ' , and if you did not choose the insurance at the time of purchase, you do not have any chance of making a claim.
• If the object has manufacturing defects , it will be replaced with a working one without any additional costs.
In the event that the buyer has purchased the wrong item , you can make it within 10 days of purchase, provided that the item is intact , has not been used , and that the package is still sealed . The refund / replacement, provides for the reimbursement to the subject received ( excluding shipping costs ) , the costs of return are the buyer's responsibility .
