However, we do send a postage label for your convenience. Book a Collection Option (Optional): You may book a collection, and the courier will bring the postage label upon arrival. All Logic Board Repairs ( Charging Port for iPhone & iPad - Logic board repair for iPhone & iPad ) 30 days warranty. How can I confirm whether you've received my device? Once you've shipped your device and obtained the tracking code, use it to track the device's status. If the tracking indicates it's "with us," it means we have received your device. You can rely on this information as confirmation of its arrival to us. What if I placed an order for repair by mistake or need a refund before sending my device? In case of accidental repair orders or refund requests before sending your device, a 10% deduction from the total amount will occur. This deduction covers payment processing and administrative fees. Please ensure to verify your order thoroughly before completion to avoid this deduction. What happens if I send my device for repair throught ticket system Mail-In Repair without completing an order? If a device is sent for repair throught ticket system ( MaiL-in Repair ) without completing an order, we will retain the device until the payment is settled. Failure to clear the payment within 30 days from the invoice date will result in the device becoming our property. This action is necessary to cover the expenses incurred for diagnostics, parts, and associated costs. Please ensure the order is completed before sending your device for repair to avoid this situation. When will my device's repair process start? The day your device arrives isn't counted as part of the repair timeframe; it's considered a sorting day. Once it's received, your device will join the queue. After diagnosis, we'll contact you to proceed with the repair. What is the usual repair timeframe for devices? Typically, most repairs take between 2-3 working days. However, more complex issues may extend the timeframe to 5-7 working days. We appreciate your patience during this process. Can I inquire about updates on my device's repair progress? We aim to keep you informed about your repair progress. Please avoid emailing for updates, as we'll promptly contact you once there's news regarding the repair. What happens if I choose not to proceed with the repair after sending my device for diagnostics? If you decide not to proceed with the repair after diagnostics, an invoice for diagnostics and postage fees will be issued. Failure to pay this within 30 days of the invoice date will result in the device becoming our property to cover diagnostic costs. Please avoid queries about the device after this period. Will there be an additional fee if the diagnosed issue differs from the quoted problem? Yes, if the diagnosed issue varies from what was initially quoted, there may be an extra fee as the repair scope has changed. What if my device has multiple issues? Additional charges may apply for repairing multiple issues beyond the originally quoted problem. What warranties do your repairs come with? Our repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts we've replaced. However, for logic board repairs, the warranty period is 30 days. What are your working days for responses to emails or orders? We operate Monday to Friday. Therefore, all emails or orders will be responded to on the following working day. When can I expect the postage label for my repair? Postage labels booked with repairs will be provided the next working day during our working hours.
