Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You can also fill out and submit electronically the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website www.cursonline.it.
If you use this option, we will send immediately a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (eg e-mail).
In order to comply the withdrawal period it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments made on our behalf, including the cost of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Such refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. The redemption may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the seals demonstration by the consumer of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
